The Challenge:

Clients began shifting more of their marketing mix to animated interactive advertising across site, social, and out-of-home. - attractive due to its low barrier to entry and tight integration with the agency creative process. Unfortunately, designers and developers alone were not equipped to manage all facets of this continuously evolving landscape.

The Solution:

I developed the Digital Display Group, a small team of hybrid specialists capable of delivering high volumes of work yielding a low cost for clients. Each member was part designer, part animator and part developer with a deep understanding of third-party vendors, media teams, site and social specs and general best practices. We serviced over 40 clients and quickly became a core offering within the digital department.
